Bob Jaeb has over 40 years experience in the credit and financing industry.
Prior to founding American Healthcare Finance, Bob spent 14 years the president and founder of CSI Financial, Inc., a provider of recourse financing programs to over 100 hospitals. CSI Financial was founded in 1992, and acquired in 2002. Before that, Bob spent over a decade as the president of Credit Systems Inc., one of the first computerized credit reporting companies in the state of Montana, and significantly increased its presence in the state.
Bob started his career in the credit business with Credit Service of the Northwest, following his graduation with a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Great Falls.

Mr. Aberle completed his undergraduate work at Dickinson State University and completed the graduate program for Managed Care Executives at Harvard University.

Mike Duffy has over 30 years experience in software development and information management.
Most recently, Mike was Chief Information Officer for Leprechaun, LLC where he was responsible for the development and delivery of Leprechaun's state-of-art risk management software for Medicare Advantage plans. For the preceding nine years, Mike was the principal of Michael E. Duffy & Associates, a strategic technology consulting company which he founded in 1997. Clients included Philips Electronics, Vivendi Universal, J Brown/Grey Worldwide, Promotion Fulfillment Center, and Mattel/eLanguage. Prior to that, Mike spent 10 years with Mindscape (formerly The Software Toolworks), rising to the position of Executive Vice-President and General Manager of its Game Division, where he was responsible for all entertainment products published under the Mindscape and SSI brands.
Mike joined Mindscape in December, 1986 as one of the creators of the best-selling Chessmaster program. During his ten years with the company, he participated in the design and development of other best-selling Mindscape products, including Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing!, The Miracle Piano Teaching System, The San Diego Zoo presents...The ANIMALS!, Newsweek Interactive, The 20th Century Video Almanac, and How Your Body Works. He was directly involved with the sale of The Software Toolworks to Pearson plc for $462 million in April, 1994.
Mike graduated A.B. cum laude from Harvard College in 1978, concentrating in Engineering and Applied Science. Prior to joining Mindscape, he held positions with Interactive Systems Corporation (1978-79) and Harvard University (1979-81). Mike founded Software By Design (1981-86), a programming and training company.

Don Woodall is an experienced financial executive with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare. Most recently, Don owned a strategic CPA services firm which succesfully provided external CFO/Controller functions to multiple healthcare, manufacturing and private-equity firms.
Befor that, Don was the Acting CFO for Leprechaun, LLC, a healthcare information technology firm specializing in data mining for Medicare Advantage plans. Prior to that time, he worked as the Administrative Director for Liberty Carton Company, whichs designs and manufactures custom packaging. He also served as the CFO and Vice President of Administration for Lubrication Engineers, an international mnaufacturer of industrial lubricants.
Don began his career in Public Accounting with specialities in auditing, taxation, oil & gas, physician practices, and software conversions. He spent 13 years in the Public Accounting field.
Don received his B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Texas at Arlington and his M.B.A. in Finance from University of North Texas.
He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and an enthusiastic golfer.
